    Megha Tolia currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Shondaland, a global media company founded by renowned Hollywood showrunner and writer, Shonda Rhimes, creator of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, Bridgerton, and Inventing Anna. Prior to Shondaland, Megha spent eight years managing several businesses for SC Johnson, including Method, Ecover, Mrs. Meyers, and Babyganics. She began her career as a brand manager for Neutrogena.     Nicole Martin, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist, award-winning teacher, and lecturer based in Miami. She is also known for her role as a cast member of Real Housewives of Miami. She is an Attending Physician at the Lennar Foundation Medical Center and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, and the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists. She has co-written several book chapters and numerous scientific articles.

    Guerdy Abraira was born in Haiti and at the tender age of one, her family moved to Paris. At nine years old, her parents then decided that the United States would be the best fit for their family and, thus, they moved to Miami, Florida where Guerdy went to secondary school and college. She quickly fell in love with the art of hosting and event planning became her career. Living and traveling throughout the world as she grew up, expanded her palette of various global cultures. She then received a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity which allowed her to own her own events and floral studio on Fisher Island and over these important 7 years, her career took off. She was not only able to plan events but also fully conceptually design in-house which created an exceptionally smooth experience for her globe-trotting clients.

She is Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medicine Center. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, Media Consultant and Award-Winning Content Creator and Researcher. She was honored in 2023 by the US House of Representatives with a Congress Proclamation for her research and advocacy in mental health.
