Terms & Conditions
By registering for the LeadHer Seoul Retreat 2027, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.
Deposits & Payment
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
All remaining balances must be paid according to the payment option selected at checkout.
If a scheduled payment is missed, you will have 14 days to bring your account current. If payment is not received within that period, your registration will be considered canceled and the cancellation policy below will apply to all amounts previously paid.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@leadhersummit.com.
Cancellations on or before December 31, 2026: You will receive a refund of all amounts paid, excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations between January 1 and February 28, 2027: You will receive a credit equal to 50% of the amount paid beyond the $1,000 deposit. This credit may be applied toward a future LeadHer Retreat and must be used within 12 months.
Cancellations on or after March 1, 2027: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Travel Responsibility & Insurance
Airfare is not included in your retreat registration.
General guests are responsible for their own airport transportation. VIP registration includes private airport transportation as outlined in the retreat package.
LeadHer is not responsible for flight changes or cancellations, missed connections, baggage issues, illness, weather, personal emergencies, or other circumstances that may interfere with your ability to attend the retreat.
We strongly encourage all attendees to purchase travel insurance, ideally a “cancel for any reason” policy, to protect against unexpected circumstances. The cancellation policy above applies regardless of travel disruptions or personal circumstances.
Accommodations
Your retreat registration includes seven nights of accommodations at a 5-star hotel in Seoul, based on the ticket level selected at checkout.
General registration includes a king room, and VIP registration includes an upgraded suite. Additional nights, room upgrades, incidental charges, and other expenses outside of the accommodations specifically included in your retreat package are the attendee’s responsibility.
Skincare, Medical Treatments & Medical Disclaimer
Skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, and medical treatments are optional and are not included in the retreat registration price. Attendees choose which, if any, treatments they wish to receive and pay the applicable clinic or provider directly.
Aneue Concierge is an independent company that may assist attendees with clinic and treatment recommendations, scheduling, and related concierge services.
LeadHer and Dr. Tiffany Moon are not the medical providers for any skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatments received during the retreat. LeadHer and Dr. Tiffany Moon do not provide medical care or medical advice in connection with these treatments and do not select, supervise, control, or guarantee any clinic, physician, provider, procedure, treatment, or outcome.
Attendees are solely responsible for deciding whether to undergo any treatment and for evaluating the risks, benefits, providers, and clinics involved. All skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, and medical treatments may carry risks, side effects, or potential complications. Attendees are encouraged to conduct their own research and consult with their own physician or qualified healthcare provider before receiving treatment.
LeadHer, Dr. Tiffany Moon, and their respective partners are not responsible for the results, side effects, injuries, complications, losses, or damages arising from any skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatment selected by an attendee.
All attendees who elect to participate in skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatments must sign the required treatment and liability waiver before participating.
Retreat Programming
The published itinerary is a sample itinerary and is subject to change.
LeadHer reserves the right to modify activities, restaurants, transportation arrangements, schedules, speakers, educational programming, and other retreat experiences when necessary.
Certain skincare appointments, spa services, experiences, and VIP activities may require advance scheduling and are subject to availability.
CME/CE will be offered subject to final accreditation approval and applicable participation requirements.
Ticket Policy
Each registration is valid for one attendee only and may not be shared or split between multiple individuals.
VIP benefits and experiences are reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders and are non-transferable.
Registration transfers or substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval from LeadHer.
Retreat Modification, Postponement or Cancellation
LeadHer reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, itinerary, activities, speakers, experiences, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or other retreat details when reasonably necessary.
In the unlikely event that LeadHer cancels the retreat, registrants will receive a refund of amounts paid directly to LeadHer for retreat registration.
LeadHer is not responsible for airfare, additional hotel nights, travel insurance, skincare or medical treatments, personal expenses, or other third-party costs incurred in connection with the retreat.
Media Release
By attending the retreat, you grant LeadHer permission to photograph, film, and record you during retreat activities and to use such photographs and recordings for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
Community Standards
LeadHer is designed to provide a welcoming, supportive, and respectful experience for all attendees.
Unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or selling to other attendees is prohibited without prior written consent from LeadHer.
LeadHer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or materially interferes with the experience of other attendees. Removal for violation of these standards will not entitle the attendee to a refund.
Assumption of Risk & General Liability
By registering for and attending the retreat, you acknowledge that international travel and participation in retreat activities may involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume the risks associated with your participation in retreat activities and travel to and from the retreat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that LeadHer, Dr. Tiffany Moon, and their respective partners, employees, contractors, speakers, and sponsors will not be responsible for injuries, illnesses, losses, delays, property damage, or other damages arising from your participation in or travel to and from the retreat, except as otherwise required by law.
This general assumption of risk does not replace the separate waiver required for optional skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatments.
All attendees who choose to participate in skincare, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical treatments must complete the required treatment and liability waiver before participating.
